did anyone notice? (spoilers)

that ellis or whats his name, should have died when about 40 minutes was left of the movie....considering when they killed the Generation 0 zombie or whatever, when her head blew up, her blood got all over the guys face and into his mouth, but miraciously, he must be immuned to zombie blood and therefore doesnt change when he comes into contact with it.
and did anyone else think that it was amazing that Nightingale magically developed flame retardent powers in the last five minutes because she was able to walk out of a school that had just been hit by a missle without a scratch! thats pretty cool!
oh...and all their zombies mustve played baseball or softball because every one of them wailed their arms in the air like they were throwing baseballs or something...i think the casting agent should have picked people who had the ability to act.
