Why not a MASSIVE ZOMBIE movie?

I thought "Resident Evil 2" and "Land of the Dead" had the right idea. I would love to see a film where a city is the location for a massive battle between zombies and humans.

They could start off by introducing various people in their normal lives and then how they fight zombies when the virus breaks out. Lots of military guys shooting hordes of zombies, who are quickly evolving into fast moving and above-normal strength. Make the odds a bit better.

I think it would be a blast. Resident Evil 2 came closest to this formula. It would be great if they made something along those lines.

Day of The Dead (2007).It has all of the elements of Resident Evil 2 and Dawn Of The Dead (2004). A city infested with fast moving undead picking off hordes of military officers.

Don't compare Day 07 with Dawn 04. Just don't

The producer for the 'Day' remake, James Glenn Dudelson, (actual name by the way!) Put out the stink-fest that was Day of the Dead 2: Contagium. I saw Contagium. No, seriously, I sat through it. You know what information I garnered that day? I learned that the folks responsible, no matter how dedicated or enthusiastic or well-meaning they may have been, should never be allowed in or near a movie production ever, EVER, again. Even amongst the already dreadful likes of House of the dead, Contagium was perhaps the WORST zombie film I have ever seen. Even zombie movies from the likes of Troma, were more entertaining. There is nothing, and I emphasize NOTHING, they could possibly do to pull this film from the gutter. And just to drive my rant home. Let me spill a bit of info to cement how bad this movie will be.

Two words.

Vegetarian Zombie.

Two more words.

Infuriatingly LAME.

They are making a movie like that called world war z. they start off at different locations in the world and shows how a zombie outbreak would effect them. USA got hit the hardest :(

actually, the US came out alright compared to a lot of other countries in the book... iirc, iceland and finland are still full of zombies, pakistan and iran got into a nuclear war, and china's population is devastated by the zombies, a civil war, and the three gorges dam busting. plus north korea's population disappeared completely.

baby can you dig your man?

What about 28 weeks later. That movie had the whole zombie vs army story. I know it was just england that got hit so it wasn;t that massive, but it;s still a pretty cool zombie flick.
