Jim: "Ahhhh, man. I bet you...I bet you it's cuz I'm white."
Mike: "I bet it's cuz you're a dick."

I personally think a lot of the funny lines were supposed to be quasi-funny. I'll hazard a guess and suggest a lot of it was to demonstrate how they were "bros" and the attitude they took around each other, using language and actions they wouldn't normally use ("lettace" for money) and the aforementioned exchange between the Asian store owner and Jim.
If you notice, most of the lines where "comedy" is used is when Jim and Mike are together.
My favorite line is when Sylvia tells Jim: "You're crazy and you're dangerous and my biggest nightmare is you with a f*&%ing badge!".
Stacy - "We got a job"
Uncle John - "What kind?"
Stacy - "The Forever Kind..."
I think most of the major ones have been tackled. I cannot recall any others off the top of my head except one.
When Jim was talking about his tour overseas. He simply calls the country "Trashcanistan". I do not know why but that had me laughing. It made me giggle right now as I was writing it.
Lot of unintentional/dark humor in this flick.
