Let's face it: This show was lucky to last as long as it did. I still can't believe it when i look up and see "Season 6!" up there!
My wife and i started watching this show in the first 2 seasons and normally
laughed ourselves into hysterics, it was so ridiculous.
We tried to watch season 3 but by that point laughing at it had lost it's
appeal and it just became boring.
Good riddance to the show, i say!
too bad that another one of my favourite shows will be cancelled... will miss the team tho
shareI've been a loyal fan since the pilot. I own every season on DVD. I hope it gets picked up for next season but it sure isn't looking good now.

I enjoy Numb3rs. I've watched from almost the beginning but I feel like they are working their way to an end, what with the wedding and Don taking more a back seat (letting David take point on more cases). I think the writers can wrap it up this season nicely with a happy ending. Honestly, if current shows run for 10+ seasons, people aren't going to watch new pilots and that means the new shows will languis with poor ratings and get the axe. It's time for some new material.

oh well, will have to check what mom's watching now, since she discovers all the good shows before me for a reason :P

I love creative teaching like that. And you can't say the show doeesn't teach Math -- albeit some of it's really high level!
Tho it is dark . . . know our flag . . . is still there.

shareI watched the first couple of seasons. I have to admit I lost interest.
HOWEVER!
This last season (6) has been very entertaining! I asked my parents if the writers had changed because there is so much more humor in the show now than there was before. A dramedy on bar with "Bones."
I have found more interest in this show in season 6. Good grief their halloween episode "Dreamland" was HILARIOUS!
But the writing for Don's character is written like the end is near. Then there's Charlie going to Cambridge, not looking good. Bummer, I just got back into this show.
