How good is this show?
I just started watching and i'm in the middle of the first season. I like it so far but i was wondering how the other seasons are. Does it get worse, or better or stay the same?

shareLoved this show, they shouldn't have ended it so soon. I have to admit though, season 5 wasn't much interesting, looked like they had given up already. I think the first three seasons were awesome. The characters are such lovable, I'm sure you will continue watching till the end :)
shareThe writers strike hurt this show in season 4, only 16 episodes instead of 24. Made it through seaon 5 and season 6 was ended too soon with only 16 episodes as well.
sharei hate math and i loved this show. they explain everything very well and the action scenes were great. Don and Colby are great characters. youll enjoy it.
shareGood question and very pertinent to this show inn particular. Season 1 was the best season by far. New characters introduced in season 2 made the show more stale - not fresh - as I suppose they were hoping because it became more like other procedural shows rather than focusing solely on the math resolutions along with the father sons dynamic. Plus the female roles on the show were there to satisfy the female demographic rather than to actually add something to the show. The awful Amita was bad from beginning to end.
In short, studio execs got involved and made the show more homogenous than it needed to be.
I loved seasons 1 through 4 (even though season 1 doesn't have 2 of my favorite characters Megan and Cody.)
Once the show starts concentrating more on Don's love life than anything else (season 5), it got so boring to me I quit watching it.
there's an episode in season 3 called "one hour" that highlights the entire cast really well - it is one of my very favorites!
