Reviewer of 'Convergence' episode got the facts wrong (WARNING: SPOILER)
They didn't use the cell phone info to find out where the victims lived. They used it so that they could either converge on the victims as they were arriving home or easily hijack their high-end automobiles as they were driving around. This was actually clearly stated in the dialog, which the reviewer apparently missed completely.
I sent the reviewer a private message about this, but not sure they will fix it/remove the review.
It is better to be kind than to be clever or good looking. -- Derek
