S4 E4: Thirteen

I know TV shows get plenty wrong but when focus on criminals they should at least get the laws right. One of their suspects was fired from his job euthanizing animals in a shelter (a CAET). He had a criminal record; he couldn't legally have that job. Unless the shelter uses the highly illegal stiletto method, euthanizations have to be done by licensed vets or CAETs. They handle highly controlled substances and have to be registered with and monitored by the DEA. They won't clear anyone with a criminal record and the FBI should know that.
