I know it's a tacky movie, but Jesus. ANYTHING would have been better than a screaming face of fog. Could the publicity team have come up with anything less lazy??

It's not the best movie poster. I reckon the Brazilian release poster is the best of the four other alternatives. The screaming face on that one is a spooky blue.

You're right. I was trying to think of an anti-smoking slogan to go with it.
