is a very weak remake of one of John Carpenter's best films. Does not have the suspense or interesting characters of the original. The vengeful ghosts in this are simply not scary and the new story is a CW Network type love story that would only interest fans of Smallville and Tom Welling fans.

Absolutely. This is one remake which should never have been made.
