That will be far more effective than any BS dumb as fock move of slapping scary images onto cigarette packs.
Since they WILL need far more health care than non smokers in the long run, they should pay for it.
I thought this was already done, though (with Life insurance anyway).

Oh, they should definitely have to pay more.
But that unfortunately won't make most quit I'm afraid. If they won't quit because of the prices they already pay for cigs, their family's health or anyone they come in contact with for that matter, their own health, etc. IF these things won't make them quit, they just don't care about changing, no matter the cost.
