My God, Oxygen sure butchered this movie.

It was on twice last night, did anyone see it? For some reason, they thought it'd be good to put it in a two hour time slot. So, they cut out portions of nearly every musical number and quite a few scenes. Sloppy editing all around.

I did see it. Terrible job. And the sound quality was poor as well. I had tried recording an earlier showing, and wound up erasing it. If I want to watch it, I'll have to play the DVD--it would have been nice just accessing it instead of going through all the rigmarole of getting the DVD out, deciding which one to play (there are 2 discs)... The upside of that is I get to watch the special effects, too. My favorite one is the making of "The Nicest Kids in Town."

Opening a case and putting a DVD in a player is a rigmarole? The disc selection seems a bit easy seeing how only one of them actually has the film on it...

When you're 17 a cow can seem dangerous and forbidden...am I alone here?

Can I not just say something without being judged? How do you know what my situation is? If I say the disc selection is not easy for me, what is that to you?

I watched it just now on Oxygen and came on here wondering if anyone else noticed what a horrible job they did on cutting it. Especially in the last scene - granted, it's a very long segment, but they could've added an extra commercial break earlier in the movie (still having the same amount) and not cut into the last scene so it all flowed the way it's supposed to.

They cut out of lot of scenes I was hopeing to see :(.

If ABC Family had aired it they would have added extra scenes :)

Glad I don't have it. I would've been so pissed. When I watch it on USA I never watch it completely through so Idk how what they cut out.

Never watch "What's Love Got To Do With It" on Lifetime! They also cut all the music scenes short. Hell, some are not even there.
