Better than Shaun of the Dead

Everyone talks of Shaun of the Dead. And while it's great, I think Hot Fuzz is an all around better movie. Anyone share my opinion?

Hot Fuzz has more to it than Shaun of the Dead does. There's more action, more characters, more plot. It's overall more entertaining. Zombie films by their very nature all have basic plots. It's a person or group surviving a zombie outbreak, that's all it ever is. Granted Shaun has humour in addition, but even then I don't exactly find it hilarious.

I'll go with that. Shaun of the Dead is a bit overrated and a bit cliched. I preferred Hot Fuzz.

even Pegg and wright called shaun of the dead "high school" where as this was "university" and was their craft perfected. Its a perfect movie in ever way. rewatching it well over 20 times I don't see a single flaw
