After watching the movie my biggest question was who was Haley really, and did she know Donna,the girl that was raped n killed, did she know her personally was she a friend or possibly even her sister, to me it makes the movie that much better thinking she's her sister and she's doing all good for revenge. What's your thoughts
shareI seem to remember her in fact saying, at some point, that her sister was killed by a child rapist, and this was why she felt compelled to seek vengeance... whether it was Donna that was her sister, or someone else. I also swear that she mentioned not being 14, but being older, in college.
However, I can't tell you at what point she said either of these. I might need to watch it a third time!
That was definitely the impression that I got too, that Hayley was close to the missing girl. This wasn't just random vigilantism, but revenge for a personal loss.
