Chuck Bartlett Attracts Pill Poppers to Movies.

I knew this movie was gonna be dumb when he did the stupid duet on the piano with his mom. Great story and premise, but abysmal execution.

Charlie Bartlett was a horrible character. I never felt connected or sympathetic towards him. I really wish there was a casting call in my area around the time the movie was made for the bully because I think I would have really hit him had I been given the part. If there was a way that I could return this movie, I would.

I think the only people that this movie attracts are the prepubescents and young teenagers who go see every single movie marketed to their age group for no other reason then, "hey, a new movie is out. Let's go see it this weekend."

The reason I say this is due to the fact that this movie had absolutely no substance. It was a new age, Ferris Bueler wannabe esque, pile of garbage. I didn't feel for Charlie or any character in this flick. I didn't feel anything after watching this, it was void of any emotion or creativity.
