HOw come some movies are scored at like 8.2 like this one, yet they aren't in the top 250 rated movies?

I was wondering that too...I think it has enough votes by now to get in the top 250 XD

Top 1000 voters have gave this film an average of 6.1 so now it has no chance of going into top 250. I would really like to know who those idiots are.

It has been in the top 250 A couple of times. But it goes out pretty quickly.
