People with lung cancer tend to cough blood.
shareyup. something you may not imagine, but people with cnacer do cough up blood. in the movie though the blood was flowing so i would assume he may have fallen.
then again "cause of death" = lung cancer.. so if he had hurt himself during a fall they would have balmed the kid.
so.. back to original idea of lung cancer = blood from lungs
