Anyone who's been to Centre Pompidou in Paris recently, please help me!

I was in Centre Pompidou in Paris a couple weeks ago, and I found a white plaster sculpture produced by a Chinese artist (cannot remember the name) of a man hugging a woman and another man kissing the woman from behind a hugging man, exactly the same as a scene portrayed in this movie and is also shown on a lot of foreign and Korean DVD covers of the movie. The sculpture itself is produced in 2005 and I cannot remember the name of the sculpture, but I was surprised by how this sculpture, which is a complete ripoff of this movie, has found a way into the prestigious Centre Pompidou; moreover how the description panel beneath this sculpture did not include any acknowledgement of the movie. If anyone knows any background info about this sculpture please help me out! Thanks!
