Does anyone know how to get the movie script in english?
im doing a mini feature for my film class and throughout
there's barely any dialogue like this movie. i would like to know how
to format it like this movie. can anyone help me?

But that is purely a transcript i.e. someone has written it down having viewed the film, so it contains no writer's notes.
Considering 3-Iron is written, directed and produced solely by Kim and considering its emphasis on highly symbolic visuals, it is highly probable that he wrote an informal draft and went straight to a storyboard. It was financed through his own company so he didn't require a thumbs up from anyone.
It's pretty hard to judge a film like this from the script, but I guess that's why you have taken this case?
I saw an interview of Kim Ki-Duk on a BBC show called Asian Invasion (a 3 part documentary about asian cinema (korea, japan, china)) and he basically said that he writes a draft and changes it as he is filming the movie. He does this for everyone of his films.
