Wow I never thought Korean cinema was this good. WOW I'm speechless. Great movie.

i love the fact that there was so little (pretty much no) dialogue between the leads

I think this is one of those movies were you truly realize that 'Silence is Golden' - any nattery dialogue would have ruined this movie. You watch the film in silence, basking in it, because it's just so great to see two people loving each other without even needing to talk.

Saw this movie last night and wasn't expecting much but man was I blown away! Absolutely fanfrickintastic!!!

I absolutely agree with you all! I saw the film on television not long ago, and absolutely loved it. I am not lying when I say that I did not even notice that they were hardly talking in the film: such is the power of this film. Absolutely loved the screenplay, the whole atmosphere, the two main leads, the music (that Arabic song), everything. I think Korean cinema is great!

the koreans make actually a lot of great movies
many of my all time favourites come from south korea

my all time favourite:
oldboy
then for example the big ki-duk kim works:
spring, summer, autumn, winter, spring
3iron

and many more

i love them
