OK, not to the extent of twinship, but "Jackson" looked a lot to me like the young Jackson Browne, particularly in looking at Cillian Murphy's cast photo here and JB's at:

I thought I was the only one who thought this! That was my first thought when I saw the film the first time. They could totally pass for twins!

Thank you!! I thought maybe I was going nuts!! And when the character turned out to be called "Jackson" - whoa!

(I found an even "better" photo of JB in terms of matching - same exact "pose"/expression - but I couldn't copy it.)
