why was this shot in cinescope?
for anyone that has seen (heard) the commentary, does craven say anything about the chosen format, i wonder why it was scope in what is mainly quite a situational, close quarters environment, and certainly not an 'epic' film with scenery and battles etc, i think it would have worked in widescreen or academy format possibly, but maybe it would have given it too much of a made for tv, flat feel, i dont know.
