I don't understand, why Jack wanted Lisa to changed Keefe's room?

I mean Jack and his group used a missile rocket, they can shot it to any rooms they wanted, not had to be in specific room... Or am I missed a part of story that explained why Keefe had to be in room 4080?

reply

I wondered about that too and I believe that it was a better target then the room they stuck him with.
Now, I don't know how his men were to found out where he was put in the first place, but I'm assuming they probably knew other rooms were occupied too?
They didn't specify in the film so your guess is as good as mines.

reply

Maybe his usual room was on the side of the hotel opposite the ocean, which wouldn't have made it possible to shoot from the boat.

What I don't understand is if Jack had the ability to have his seat right next to Lisa, then why couldn't he finagle his way to move the room at the hotel himself?

reply

Yeah, you're right, he should be able to do that, then he doesn't have to meet Lisa, the one who will ruining his plan... I guess the only answer for these plot holes is there will be no Red Eye movie if Jack we're doing what we think... :"D
