Daveigh Chase played the hell out of that role. She could cut an eye like no one else. She was so good in this.

I agree. I wouldn't say my favorite character but Rhonda was something else, and I'll remember her for a very long time. Never would have guessed she also played sweet little Lilo!

Her acting was so good. She spoke volumes with her eyes.
