Bill Henrickson is a good guy

And a bad guy. This is the way the Creators of the show wanted him to be and this is why Bill is such a good character.

Bill was self righteous about his visions and revelations. I remember Barb saying something like everything is fine until Bill has another vision. He was a hypocrite like most people are because life isn't black and white and there's always shades of gray.

On the other hand, Bill provided for his family and they wanted for nothing financially. His revelations and visions led to Home Plus, Weber Gaming, a Casino and a successful run for Political office. I'm also sure Bill had enough Life Insurance and other investments that the Wives will never have to work again and Margene could travel all she wants to.
