was Margene pregnant in the second season or not?

i am just now binge watching this show...wow I am hooked. Anyway, at the end of season one they talk about how Margene is pregnant and I swear in all of season 2 (or most of it so far I am into it) I have noticed she is not pregnant nor have they mentioned it. Did she have miscarriage I missed or something? confused?

She is pregnant, they just don't show her that big. After Marge is about 4 of 5 months pregnant they jump ahead a good bit, because the next episode she and Bill have a daughter Nell who is about 4 or 5 months old.
