A few questions about the show (spoilers)
I'm near the beginning of Season 4, I think. My question are all related to things that happen in the show around or before that time:
1) What do actual Mormons think of the show?
2) At the beginning of the show, Bill acts like he's so strapped for cash that he asks Barb to give him her check from her part-time substitute teaching job so he can make ends meet. Within a few episodes, he's wheeling and dealing with a lot more money than that. What was up with their cashflow at the time? I don't expect a substitute/irregular teacher to bring home more than a few hundred dollars a week.
3) Why does the FBI allow Bill to roam around freely in the middle of their investigation?
4) What happened to the security system that was such a big deal in the first season? By the fourth season, it seems like anyone who wants to break in can just break in. I think Alby, JJ, and Rhonda all turned up in the house at some point.
5) What happened to Rhonda? At the end of Season 3, she's riding with some guy in his truck. The guy asks her to sit closer to him. That's the last we see of her and no one seems to care. Maybe this is covered later and I just haven't seen it yet. Also, since she's been gone, no one seems to notice or care.
6) What's the fascination with the news media about Roman Grant? It seems like if he picks his nose, the news is there to cover it, but a bomb goes off in a hotel hallway and there's no mention of it. I know shows have to conserve details to fit the allotted time, but something like, "Also in the news, an explosion today rocked downtown..." would have been easy to put in.
