Gets on Bennys case about having sex with that hot blonde yet here he is with 3 wives and when one of them doesn't want to put out, he runs off to the younger one, getting oral and intercourse. Oh Bill, you douchebag.

bill's hypocrisy is unmatched on this series. Many people see him as the hero, but I think he's the one who causes most of the problems. He is a typical LDS businessman type.

That's not necessarily the case. There are many LDS followers who still practice polygamy in relative secrecy. Old habits die hard.

Anyhow, my point is that Bill is a lot like typical Mormon businessmen. He has unlimited ambition, and willing to exploit all his connections and political advantages. This is business as usual in the tight LDS community of the Wasatch Front of Utah. Commerce and faith meld into one.

This is a religion which aspires to totalitarianism.

Yeah, he's pretty bad. He does what he wants and asks everyone else to suck it up and suffer so he can get what he wants. He gets on Ben's case for having sex with a girl, but he's guilty of breaking his own rules and even cheats on his wives with his other wives and other women. How anyone can take him seriously is beyond me.
