I didn't like Ana and Bill's short Wedding

That was the only weak spot in season 3. They must have been deciding if Ana would be a wife and then they decided against it and it abruptly ended. It was just rushed but season 3 was still the best season of Big Love.

That last episode with Anna was terrible. The conversation the wife's would have with her seemed so fake.

Exactly.

It was some very bad acting and it seemed rushed. Luckily they switched to Sarah's miscarriage, Ben seeing Margene, Margene's mothers remains and Nicki's birth control pills in the next episode.

They must have known Ana's story was rushed and it ended abruptly so they made sure the next episode tied up and flushed out old and new storylines.

I'm watching that story arc right now. The whole thing seems utterly ridiculous to me and while I like Ana, I'm glad to see it doesn't last. It seems like there were a whole lot of things they should have discussed before she got married that they didn't - like how the marriage would actually work.

This is what I thought. I even went back to the episode list, thinking I'd missed one, thinking surely there was a sit-down with calendars and lists and budgets and expectations and responsibilities and space allotments etc...

But ... no.

I agree--it actually is probably my least favorite part of the series. Ana was a huge part of the show and the divorce was so fast. I like that they brought her back into things with season four, but I still think the show could have done with at least one or two more episodes with Bill trying to have four wives. It was a very interesting story concept to me.
