I've seen all the episodes but now I can't remember if any of the women wore or even talked about wearing the Mormon underwear. probably Nikki did? Supposedly it can never be taken off not for sex or even surgery. Well, I've heard of Mormon women having surgery while the garment hangs off of an arm so it never completely leaves the body.
shareI know Barb did-when she and Bill started their "affair" and they went to the historical houses Bill gave money to help reconstruct she mentioned the wife of a councilman was looking at her trying to gage if she was wearing her garments. Also when they were doing the commercial for Home Plus the lady who was helping them showed them a pictures of a woman with and without her garments saying the picture where you can see the garments would work better for their commercial.

Other than that and the examples you named I can't think of any other times they were even mentioned except at Barbs hearing at the church when the bishop asked her if she was wearing them, Barb asked if he was asking what kind of underwear she was wearing and he got embarrassed and didn't make her answer.
