Bill is married to one woman legally . He *beep* the other women has kids with them . Sure if they figured out the average person wouldn't shop at his store and would destroy his business , but is it actually breaking the law ?

They might think that they'll try to take the children away, assuming an abusive situation. Also, the disastrous effect it would have on Home Plus, their entire livelihood, would be huge. That's why Bill cares so much about Weber gaming and the casino, because those businesses are fine with him being a polygamist.
