Is there a DVD version of this movie with English subtitles?

yes I have that one. Im in the USA. go do a search on amazon and look for th eone that has english subs. they dont have much so do it ASAP.

I noticed it's the #1 seller over at alldvd. But it does say make sure your dvd supports the PAL format. What exactly is that? and how do I know if my dvd supports it?

PAL is the european TV-Standard like NTSC is for the US... SECAM is useful for Russian TV....
