9th company video game

since so many russians are so pissed about the historical inaccuracies of the movie

a lot of people in Russia were outraged when F. Bondarchuk released his "9th company".
Some called him names, some wanted to severely beat him up, some decided to tell the truth about what have really happened at "3234" on Jan 7-8th 1988.

and i'm starting to wonder, after looking at the date at wikipedia..which is January, shouldn't it be snowing in afghanistan during the battle..?

this movie disappoints me...

True.

I didn't like the over dramatic *beep* as in a company of Russians equipped with mortars, AA Machineguns and lots of support machineguns AND ALSO who were heavily fortified lost to a bunch of guerillas who all walked towards the Russians in a one big mass.
