What happened to the UK DVDs?

They just stopped at season 4.

If you are referring to the dvd region, I don't know why they don't have the fifth season. But most computers have a dvd-region free player, as well as standalone players. Or you can stream it from this site. http://www.watchcartoononline.com/ But I am not sure if Jackson Publick or Doc hammer get any money this way.
