He fell off the wagon SO hard. They really need to stop tranqing him, at a certain point they are just enablers.

Aye, well the year of the monkey is upon us and the dart monkey is upon the Captain's back.

I loved when he stole Brock's gun and then bled the Monarch's rounds dry. So very Venture.
