Question about one of the background character/villains
He (or maybe she) was shown in the episodes "Hostile Makeover" and "Any Which Way But Zeus" and he looked like an albino version of Dr.Zaius and had a horseshoe like symbol on the chest of his outfit.
Anybody remember this character or have any idea what it's name is?
