could be how not sober i was when watching, but it seems the guild knows rusty is not the blue morpho, what happened that gave them that idea (well fact, not so much idea)?

I can't wait for when the Monarch realizes everyone else thinks Dr. Venture is the Blue Morpho. He'll be able to arch Dr. Venture like never before!
