Did I miss a movie or a season? How did ....... die?

SPOILERS DUH........

Ok so I get sometimes TV and movies just skip time and explain the time difference slowly through an episode but I don't understand why Venture is rich now? His little midget brother died who was actually successful and smart, but...... I didn't see how or hear anything?

Did I miss something, it didn't seem well explained at all

Yes, apparently you missed the special episode (from around Christmas if I remember correctly), All This and Gargantua-2.

Gargantua-2 is one of the best episodes of the entire series, as well. Enjoy!
