A wild and crazy theory

It seems kind obvious at this point that the monarch is really Jonas Ventures son.

How about this for a theory, he is the 'original' Rusty Venture. The Rusty venture aka Doc Venture is actually a clone created by the same technology used to repeatedly create clones of Hank and Dean.

We know Jonas wasn't a great dad, is it isn't too surprising that at some point he lost Rusty and decided to make a new one. The cloning experiment would perhaps also explain the Jonas Jr growth that Rusty had.

I like it.

Cool theory. I still prefer the half-brother theory, and the Monarch is a product of Jonas being big into swinging. Blue Morpho's wife (assuming he had one) would be a prime suspect for Monarch's mom.

If you buy a ticket for a remake, you are the problem, not Hollywood.

That was my first thought even before the tape of Jonas letting it all hang free. My theory came about because it seemed too obvious and a misdirect.... VB is one of those shows which likes to throw you a curve ball, then make you go.....ohhh I guess that kind of makes sense.

Like for a long time a lot of people thought Dr Girlfriend was a transexual, then you find out later she just smokes a lot of cigarettes.

reply

I bet Rusty and Malcolm have the same mommy but like the great question mark that is Hank and Dean's mom, she's unknown. Either that or she's M.U.T.H.E.R from Season 3.

I always considered it odd that Hank and dean were so very different both physically and personality wise. It always made me wonder if they actually had the same mother at all.

Not odd at all, just means they are not identical twins. Still twins though.

Let me add some more crazy to this one. Considering all of the weird turns this series had taken so far, and the fact that Dr. Z made tender, yet purely accidental love to the Blue Morpho, believing that he is in fact a woman, there is even a chance that Blue Morpho could actually be Rusty's mom!

reply

Would be pretty funny if the whole Venture-Monarch feud to this point is basically like the first half of "The Parent Trap;" twins separated at birth, one raised by each parent. Then they happen to meet by chance, and instantly become enemies.

Wow!
Mind blown....

Here is some helpful info for your theory.

Clones tend to have big eyebrows in the Venture universe. And so does The Monarch

In the Halloween special, the clone specialist, Ben, is commenting on the look of Dean (who is a clone) and mentions no evidence of "idiopathic hirsutism in the oribital region." basically excessive hair growth near the eyes.

The other term Dean does not suffer from "acrofrontofacionasal dysostosis" might also link Billy as a failed clone.

reply

What? We met Billie's mom. She looks just like him and has his speech problem. He is hydrocephalic. Also known as a water baby.

reply

Yea, so? Clones has a broad definition and may require two parents. It is also heavily implied that Rose Whalen is a former badass that most likely crossed paths with Jonas in the past.

reply

I've been saying this since he first appeared xD he looks just like rusty venture but with bigger eyebrows, so kudos agree 100%
