Season 3 Blu-ray help

I've had the season 3 blu-ray since it came out, and I've noticed some scenes skip.

The two I've noticed for sure are Episode 8 "Tears of a Sea Cow" sometime between 22:18 and 22:22 as the cocoon is flying across the screen and it's shifting from red to blue, and before the copyright has faded away.

The second occurs in Episode 13 "The Family That Slays Together, Stays Together Part Two" shortly after 22:00 as the car explodes.

If I watch these episodes on my computer rather than an external blu-ray player, I can see the video glitching at those points. Other people have reported the exact same glitches, so it must be a production issue.

Also there are at least two other scenes that are majorly glitched if I watch them on my computer that somehow a regular Blu-ray player doesn't show, but I've found ways to at least fix those.

So my question is, do all Blu-ray discs of Season 3 have these issues or did they eventually fix them? I don't want to try rebuying only to see the same glitches 10 years later.
