He has virtualized a couple of times. One time Xana caught him in mid-stream so he was stuck in limbo between Lyoko and Earth. Another time he did make it to Lyoko, but it was the episode where the rest of the team was stuck in an alternate reality earth on Lyoko (with the evil Jeremie). He was able to bring the team back to earth with Aelita's help. We never got to see him in the digital realm. It would have been cool though.
