Neither of those two would be known to ancient Greeks of the time.
And Greeks did divide a year into 12 months, as early as 8th BC.
The names of months differed from region to region, and their start/finish didn't correspond with our months. Even the year started at different seasons in different places (for some the year started in Summer, for some in late Autmn)
Attic callendar, for many the most well known, had these months for example:
Hekatombaion, Metageitnion,Boedromion, Pyanepsion, Maimakterion, Poseideon, Gamelion, Anthesterion, Elaphebolion, Mounichion, Thargelion, Skirophorion.
But it is almost impossible to synchronise it with others, such as Spartan for example. Some months, as Spartan Karneios, could be placed in summer in case of one or several poleis, while being a winter month in case of others.
