was Seinfeld seriously not mentioned in this??

I recently went thru the whole damn decade (thanks, youtube) and I really don't remember them having a Seinfeld segment at all, can that be possible? Even when looking at the "Part Deux" series, I saw in the 1995 one they've even got friggin Newsradio (which, don't get me wrong, is an underrated series that I love), but how can you not have arguably the greatest sitcom of all time not referenced at all in a series about the 90s?

I mean I can see not necessarily doing it in the 1990 episode because it had a sort of awkward beginning (technically that first "season" was only a 4 episode order), but surely they could've just covered the finale in the 1998 episode. Especially with how much controversy there was over it, since so many people thought the series finale was so bad.
