Love this movie

It is deffinately my favorite of the 4. Its hilarious and has the best plot i think.
I love the part with Cody and Marnie on the second day of school and he's trying to ask her out but Aggie is distracting Marnie and she goes "sorry but i gotta go" and she leaves and Codys like "sure mid sentence...later then!....i was just wondering if you'd like to go out with me sometime...yeah that was worth 3 hours in front of the bathroom mirror" that was great...and hes cute lol :-P

So those are just my thoughts...the order in which i like these movies best to least is: Halloweentown High, Halloweentown 2: Kalabars Revenge, Halloweentown, and Return to Halloweentown.
