This one really doesn't hold up well to the first two movies

I found this one boring a lot of the time and it seemed like fun since they never really went to halloween town. The family didnt seem as close like they were in the first two movies, and I thought the plot was pretty bad too. My fav in the series is Halloweentown(1998), but I didn't mind the sequel Kalibar's Revenge (2001), that one was actually pretty fun and cool.

The storyline isn't as strong as the first two, but I loved the comedy in this one.
My sisters and I are more in the mood to watch this one anytime of the year, whereas we wait until Halloween for the first two.

I agree. I loved this one a lot. I thought it was the most tightly written overall on a scene by scene basis with a lot more about it overall that was compelling. I loved all the comedy. It was just a bunch of fun.
