'I have to say your vulnerability is really freaking me out right now '

When Madolyn says this to Billy what exactly does she mean here? Does she mean she senses his attraction to her? "Freaking me out" in the sense that she is feeling attracted to him as well?

Yes

I want to know the meaning behind it too, but I just am not able to relate to what you're saying.

It had to do with Leo's openness and emotional honesty -- even though he was "lying" by being undercover. Her BF Damon OTOH was ostensibly this upright career minded cop -- but was full of lies and deceit -- she might not have known that but she picked up on his emotional shallowness and even his bedroom problems.

Adds a little more light, thank you.

That was such a cheesy line in an otherwise great movie.

It's the like the writer decided Billy's vulnerability should be what attracts Madolyn and instead of coming up with a way to show it, he just has her SAY, "Your vulnerability is really freaking me out."
