They are both fantastic actors. Was wondering what everyone thought of their performance in this film?
shareI actually think this is Leo's best work after Blood Diamond. You could feel the stress and fear he was under. I was oozing through the screen.

shareLeo. But I wasn't very impressed with the movie overall, I thought it was just okay. Its just too contrived and lacked rawness. I recently saw this along with another mob film called Donnie Brasco. I wanted to catch both of them because they're similar films that feature undercover work by officers. To be honest, I think Donnie Brasco is a much better film but if you do like The Departed, you might want to check out Donnie Brasco.
At any rate, I'll give TD a 5.5 out of 10.
