i dont understand
Please, somebody help me because a i dont understand a few things about the movie.
Was Starks good or bad??
Was he making the good things or the bad things??
I hope somebody can help me because i lost :S
He was both good and bad; good because he started off with the best of intentions and wanted to make positive changes to the State of Louisiana and bad because he adopted his enemies' underhand and illegal tactics of bribery, blackmail, and intimidation to get his way.
