HELP PLEASE!

Hello,

I don't know if you all have had a chance to see the trailer for this movie, but at the very end of the trailer (at 2:25), we see a notable piece of art in the background. Now I'm assuming that it is the depiction of a "turnover of keys", representing Governor Stark's new administration. Nevertheless, I have linked the trailer below, so if you have the time, please help me in identifying this particular piece of artwork. Again it can be viewed at the 2 minute 25 second mark. P.S. Regardless of your ultimate interpretation of All The King's Men, I think we can all agree that the trailer is certainly one of the best trailers ever made for a political movie. Enjoy!
