How true is this saying? Im interested in a girl that works for my fathers company, but its kind of complicated. She lives and works in a branch thats located in another country, but I might end up working in that branch in the near future.

Im hesitant to start something with a girl from the same company, but at the same time, I dont want to miss an opportunity(I hope so, anyway) just because she works with me. To be honest, I intended to move and work in the country she lives before I had ever met here anyway, only reason I havent was because I wasnt sure if I would be able to get a job there. Now that my fathers set up a business there, that isnt really a problem. Any advice?

women are everywhere, why take a risk like this? If you think she is 'special' before anything has even happened yet, you are probably not gonna get her anyway.

Those thoughts have definitely crossed my mind. But its not that I think shes special necessarily, but I am pretty comfortable and Im able to talk to her pretty easily and vice versa. Thats not something that a shy guy like myself comes across a lot.

Nope nope nope.

If something goes horribly wrong you'll lose any credibility you have at work as a man because women blab their mouth 24/7 and they do it FAR better than any man who is not gay can hope to achieve. DO NOT date/*beep* women at work.

Damn, I wouldn't so much as flirt or tell a mildly off color joke with a woman at work, even if she were doing it first. I've seen situations where a woman turns against a guy for whatever reason and decides that it was inappropriate, even though it was mutual. If you try to get into a relationship and it goes south, look out.
