I'm in Maine. It's Region 0. It works in my DVD player, at least.
shareplay.com has a 3 disc 10 episode edition coming out 7th nov.
Its a UK website but i am sure the deliver internationaly

The December release date is for Region 1. The region 0 doesn't work on all DVD players
